what an amazing conversion... we could use gav's experience, to start our own project. for instance toze already gave it a try with it's fiat 126.
i wish i had the time and patience, to start a similar project, but i'm one of those guys: "buy it already completed and working". though, i guess paying for all those hours of hard work, wouldn't be cheap...
best of luck gav! you're one of the pioneers, to actually construct a fully functional electric car, with little knowledge of mechanics and electronics.
if you could do it, there's no excuse for the rest of us to be afraid of giving it a try!
