"Hi and thanks. I removed old NiCd and installed Li Ion from Tesla. I had 120V with NiCd and now have 155V nominal voltage. OEM controller works great with battery Voltage up to 180V max but dcdc shut down if over 173V (but without problem turn on if lower 173V) so with my 42S pack it's work very well. I charge my HV battery up to 4,1V per cell and that make 172V. This controller can work as controller from berlingo/partner for example with 48S pack (8 tesla module or about 180V nominal voltage). For this you need dcdc (and charger if you want to charge with OEM charger, for example I use for charging 3x PSU with 30-60VDC and CC/CV) from berlingo/partner and some manipulation with 51pin..."
